Core Responsibilities

The Associate Technical Account Manager supports primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, configuring systems, and coaching users on best practices. They also analyze data patterns, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to customer value realization through proactive maintenance and strategic engagement.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Experience with Sales Performance Management and hands-on knowledge of Varicent software products is strongly preferred.
