Execute training and development programs for reverse logistics teams, including onboarding new employees and training multipliers. Participate in the implementation of new operational processes and initiatives, organizing learning content and promoting standardization of training practices. Apply technological tools and AI resources to organize information, analyze reports, and identify improvement opportunities in training processes.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Production Engineering or related fields. Basic knowledge of Excel and technological tools for information analysis. Relevant previous experience in logistics operations is desirable, along with knowledge of Power BI and AI tools.

100% on-site work in Extrema, Minas Gerais.
