TS&A - Tech Transformation Consultant (MX)

Transformation management practitioners will shape, mobilize and execute end to end transformation journey with clients. They will work with senior client stakeholders to understand transformation vision and conduct an initial assessment to identify key pillars for transformation. Manage multi-disciplinary teams to implement large scale technology transformation programs and mentor and develop people.

Bachelor’s degree completed, MBA Degree from Tier-1 College preferred. 5-9+ years of large scale transformation management experience in a consulting environment. 5+ years of experience leading significant digital transformation programs, preferably in ERP, Cloud, or other technology landscapes. Strong understanding of IT Strategy & Scrum/Agile transformation methodology.
