Consultor(a) SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Sênior

Execute detailed design of all requirements focusing on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach. During the Build phase, perform all necessary configuration activities. Organize, manage, and execute project testing autonomously, including non-regression, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing. Prepare cut-over activities and deploy changes to production. Manage all project documentation and conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training sessions.

Solid and proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. Advanced English for conversation and servicing international clients. Availability to work in the European time zone (06h to 15h Brasília time).
