Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in the markets where it operates. Understand user and business problems, transforming them into requirements and acceptance criteria. Work with technical leaders and development teams to agree on scope, estimates, and capacity, while incorporating AI and technology to optimize processes.

Solid experience in product management and leading complex technological initiatives across multiple areas and countries, ideally in payments or fintech. Advanced knowledge of system architectures and integrations, including APIs and legacy systems. Proficiency in advanced Portuguese and Spanish, with the ability to apply data analysis and AI in daily product work.
