What You'll Do
Provide legal consulting for various areas of B3, including regulatory compliance for new products and services. Analyze regulatory impacts from local and foreign regulatory bodies, particularly the Central Bank of Brazil and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and responses related to the financial and capital markets.
What We're Looking For
Law degree and active OAB registration. Advanced or fluent English. Experience with Central Bank and CVM regulations. Familiarity with cross-border projects and regulatory analysis.
