Execute physicochemical and proximal tests on food products, ensuring reliable and timely results according to standardized methodologies, regulatory requirements, and laboratory quality standards. Maintain organization and attention to detail in laboratory operations.

Experience in food analysis laboratories. Knowledge in proximal analysis and nutritional labeling. Experience with physicochemical methodologies and laboratory instrumentation. Desirable experience under accredited quality management systems (ISO 17025).
