Associate Infrastructure Engineer

Ensure platform stability and collaborate with business units for organizational transparency. Provide support to the engineering team to reduce incidents or the impact of platform degradation. Monitor specific metrics for availability, latency, and overall system/application status.

Basic studies in IT. Proficiency in English (writing and speaking) to communicate with technical teams and clients from other countries. Experience with ticketing systems and customer service through Jira is a plus.
