What You'll Do
Manage and optimize the collection of accounts in the area through regular visits. Monitor customer payment behavior, identify risks, and escalate critical situations to facilitate decisions and reduce delinquency. Maintain frequent contact with distributors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with payment commitments and resolve collection issues.
What We're Looking For
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, agribusiness, or related fields. Three or more years of experience in credit and collections, with negotiation skills and adherence to payment agreements. Advanced Excel skills for portfolio analysis and report generation; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
