Collections Process Experts participate in or lead the achievement of service levels and key measurement targets by delivering high-quality, cost-effective service that drives business outcomes. They are responsible for chasing outstanding invoices from clients' customers while ensuring compliant and customer-focused service delivery.

Requirements

This is an entry and mid-junior level Finance Administration role requiring strong teamwork and the ability to build good stakeholder relationships. The candidate must be able to act on their own initiative while understanding when to seek guidance or escalate issues to experienced specialists.
