Core Responsibilities

The Creative Director will manage the creative strategy and overall visual direction for client work, ensuring quality aligns with agency and client expectations while serving as a department leader for team growth. They will also identify conceptual and strategic direction for projects, integrating design, technology, and AI, and clearly presenting these ideas to the team and clients.

Requirements

Candidates must bring 8+ years of experience in advertising and/or digital media, possess a strong background in art direction and visual storytelling, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a nurturing approach to team members. The ideal person is expected to be endlessly curious, inventive, and comfortable presenting concepts to clients at all levels.
