Analista de Recuperação de Crédito II

Perform extrajudicial collection of delinquent members according to the collection policy. Provide technical support and guidance to agencies on delinquency cases and debt renegotiations. Occasionally visit agencies for credit recovery actions and act as a liaison between agencies and the administrative headquarters on credit recovery topics.

Previous experience in collection, granting, and/or credit recovery in financial institutions. Desired knowledge in credit guarantees, IFRS9, and civil, consumer, and banking legislation. Valid driver's license category B and availability for travel.

Fixed salary compatible with the position and required experience. Includes semiannual bonuses and a profit-sharing program based on results and achieved goals.
