Core Responsibilities

The role involves leading Inbound/Outbound representative teams to ensure an excellent work environment and full operational support, while identifying improvement opportunities through cross-departmental projects. The leader must also surpass area goals, provide continuous feedback and coaching to the team, and support the development of processes and people within the CAD.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality, or Engineering, along with proven experience in similar leadership roles involving people management and problem resolution. Essential requirements include data analysis skills, good communication, didactics, a sense of urgency organization, and basic knowledge of the Office Package, particularly Excel/Sheets.
