Manage the project from start to finish, including Capex/Opex, schedule, design, business case, and contract closure with suppliers. Lead the technical execution, including detailed engineering, implementation planning, assembly, installation, and handover to operations. Manage interdependencies and risks with other regional initiatives without formal authority over them. Drive continuous improvement by documenting best practices and leading team training.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields with at least 8 years of experience as a PM in logistics/industrial projects and opening new operations. Experience coordinating or influencing projects and initiatives without direct management, handling dependencies between teams without formal authority. Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations, control systems, industrial networks, HMI/SCADA, and reading drawings in AutoCAD/3D software.
