IT Infrastructure & Application Platform Support Engineer

Implement and support application deployments using manual and automated processes. Administer and maintain IIS web servers and manage Windows Server environments. Monitor application and infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and provide Level 2 technical support for production environments. Automate operational activities using scripting languages and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations or Application Platform Support. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and IIS administration. Experience with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server environments.
