Telesales Support Specialist

Design and deliver operational and commercial training for Telesales teams. Document procedures, operational guides, and training materials. Monitor quality standards and operational indicators to identify improvement opportunities.

2 to 4 years of experience in Telesales operations, training, quality, operational support, or process improvement in contact centers. Experience in delivering training sessions and documenting procedures. Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of CRM and commercial operations management platforms.
