Develop business relationships with associates, acting as a consultant to meet their financial needs. Execute the cooperative's commercial strategy, engaging with associates through visits, in the agency, and via corporate WhatsApp. Prospect new associates and sell products and services, ensuring a positive experience for the associates.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Agronomy, or related fields. Experience in financial institutions or cooperatives is a plus. CPA certification is desirable, and knowledge of consultative sales techniques is an advantage. Valid driver's license (CNH B) is required.
