The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of the new claims system in Chile as part of the regional LATAM claims modernization strategy. This role is key to ensuring the correct local deployment by coordinating teams, managing risks, and aligning technical and business requirements to meet strategic objectives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a professional degree in IT, Industrial Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in large-scale technology projects. Desired qualifications include experience with IT solutions implementation, data migrations, Agile methodologies, and tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, and SQL.
