Manage and lead the operation of the Service Center, focusing on execution excellence and achieving high levels of the PEL program through continuous improvement and KPI analysis. Plan and scale resources for logistics operations with 3PL, adjusting to demand, and manage critical transportation indicators. Ensure proper handling of packages for customer satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics. Proven prior experience in Supply Chain (operations, transportation, planning). Solid experience in leading large teams or experience in people management. Proficiency in Office Suite and availability to reside in Contagem.
