Key Responsibilities:
Write, optimize, and publish service pages, city and neighborhood pages, and blog content that ranks and converts.
Own on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and image alt text.
Keep content accurate to services, service areas, and offers, and refresh underperforming pages.
Improve site structure and technical health, including page speed, mobile usability, crawl errors, indexing, and redirects.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile, including posts, photos, services, Q&A, categories, and business information.
Grow and maintain local citations and directory listings, keeping NAP information consistent.
Track local pack rankings across target service areas and act on opportunities to improve performance.
Support review generation and monitor review responses to strengthen local trust signals.
Build quality, relevant backlinks through outreach, local partnerships, directories, and digital PR.
Help build and maintain the content calendar around keyword opportunities, seasonality, and high-value services.
Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and rank-tracking tools.
Connect SEO performance to leads, calls, and revenue where attribution data is available.
Clearly communicate progress, results, and opportunities to the Marketing Lead.
What We're Looking For
POSITION: SEO Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: 1500 - 2500 USD/month
