Returns Analyst II
SamsaraCore Responsibilities
The Returns Analyst II will be responsible for owning and improving efficiency in the refund and rebate processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams like AR, AP, Sales Operations, and Order Operations. Key duties include processing customer refunds timely, managing the rebate process, providing weekly status reports, and addressing internal and external inquiries while adhering to SLAs.
Requirements
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in an Operations role, along with knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and reprioritize effectively, with preferred experience in Salesforce, NetSuite, and Stripe.
