Lead the Strategic Maintenance Planning of the plant. Develop Maintenance Plans (preventive, predictive, and autonomous). Execute and Supervise Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and availability. Manage budget and resources while evaluating new investments in improvements, modernizations, and automations.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related fields. Extensive experience in industrial maintenance (both in-house and outsourced). Experience with modernization and digitalization processes in plants. Knowledge of Lean methodologies and Industry 4.0.
