What You'll Do
Manage financial planning and budgeting for the Payment Solutions Tribe, ensuring proper tracking of expenses, headcount, and recovery of bad debt. Define and monitor portfolio goals and collection channels in coordination with channel leaders. Analyze financial and business information to identify deviations and generate insights for decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, budget preparation, and analysis. Advanced Excel, SQL, and/or Teradata skills, along with Power BI proficiency.
