Analyze the current operational situation to identify productivity gaps and optimize schedule control. Design statistical models based on historical data to predict workload and interaction volumes. Structure optimal work shifts that align available resources with projected demand. Implement WFM software solutions to automate time tracking and self-service.
What We're Looking For
1 to 2 years of minimum experience in reporting and data analysis, with a strategic vision of contact centers. Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, commercial WFM platforms, databases, and data extraction in Google Drive, Salesforce, and Genesys. Advanced Excel course and/or Power BI or Tableau knowledge preferred.
