The Delivery Partner is responsible for managing B2B customer relationships, governing large multi-year service contracts, and ensuring the financial prosperity of engagements. They lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex services and act as a trusted advisor to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in project or service delivery with strong P&L management and business control skills. A bachelor's degree and certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma are preferred.
