Ensure operational continuity by executing the Ops Clock from start to finish to guarantee timely departures and coordinated workflow. Monitor key KPIs (DS, productivity, dispatch, coverage, and RTS) and intervene immediately to meet service level goals. Develop and retain the operational team and drivers through close leadership, feedback, and recognition aligned with MELI culture.

Experience in logistics operations, Last Mile, parcel delivery, or distribution centers. Experience in leadership and management of operational teams. Knowledge of operational KPIs and Last Mile metrics (DS, productivity, dispatch, RTS). Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
