What You'll Do
Lead and supervise a team focused on yard operations, ensuring alignment between Fulfillment Center operations and transportation execution. Plan and manage yard capacity and trailer pool for designated sites. Audit and ensure compliance with all standard work, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), and environmental regulations.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of employee and performance management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience. 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
