Manage and develop a portfolio of agricultural associates. Identify business opportunities and recommend financial solutions tailored to each associate's needs. Conduct technical and commercial visits to strengthen relationships and identify value generation opportunities. Participate in events and fairs related to the agricultural sector.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of the agricultural market and chains. Experience in customer service for rural producers and familiarity with rural credit and financial solutions for agriculture.
