Lead the SME portfolio with ownership of the complete lifecycle of businesses and responsibility for P&L, ensuring growth and profitability targets are met. Drive scalable acquisition, growth, and professionalization of thousands of businesses in Peru through strategic alliances, direct channels, and commercial actions. Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio to maximize sales volume, prioritizing alongside the sales force and overseeing execution. Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure timely and correct execution of commercial proposals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 4 years of experience in similar positions, with exposure to P&L management, commercial management, or sales force leadership. Demonstrated analytical profile with experience working with large data volumes and preparing business cases. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and the application of generative AI tools for accelerating analysis and automating reports.
