Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across Colombia, focusing on AI governance and public policy. Build and maintain relationships with policymakers and industry associations. Monitor and analyze emerging regulations impacting the company and represent ElevenLabs at conferences to advance public policy goals.

8+ years' experience in public and private sector policy roles, with a focus on AI and tech. Strong knowledge of the regional AI policy landscape, including governance, safety, and data protection. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
