What You'll Do
Manage and register tax documents, ensuring timely receipt, validation, and recording of supplier invoices and expense reports. Ensure accurate issuance and validation of electronic invoices to clients. Execute collection strategies and monitor aging balances to reduce delinquency and ensure consistent cash flow.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or Administration. 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting, billing, and collections, preferably in multinational environments. Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel, and experience with automation and AI applications (Claude/Python).
