Analista Senior Lean Excelencia Operacional - Mercado Envios

Build and maintain SQL queries on routing and Last Mile shipping tables to analyze delays and validate routes. Design and publish operational dashboards with historical series and automatic alerts for SVC performance. Consolidate KPI reporting and apply Pareto analysis to identify performance issues. Diagnose structural process problems and document findings in executive reports.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. At least 4 years of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in BigQuery for data extraction and modeling, and experience with SQL queries. Lean certification is desirable.
