Develop and mentor team members, fostering technical autonomy and professional growth.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Project Leader, Tech Lead, or Technical Leader of backend engineering squads. Solid experience with backend technologies (Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar) and high-scale distributed architectures. Experience with financial transaction processing systems, focusing on consistency, reliability, and observability.
