Employee Services Consultant

Provide support and coaching for HR service inquiries from internal and external partners. Assess and interpret the complexity of employee inquiries, providing coaching or escalating as necessary. Ensure positive experiences by understanding client requests and streamlining service delivery.

Undergraduate student in HR related programs or Technical/Professional graduate in HR. 1-2 years of experience in service delivery organizations or call center environments is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish with exceptional communication skills.
