Core Responsibilities

This role provides Tier 1 support for employee lifecycle processes, leveraging ServiceNow ticketing to address employee queries and internal client needs. Responsibilities include data entry into Workday for core people processes and supporting employees on matters like Benefits, Compensation, and HR Systems.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services or contact center setting. Essential qualifications include strong skills in prioritization, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, articulation, and communication, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
