Core Responsibilities

The role involves planning and executing the Customer Experience strategy across the region to maintain high service levels and identify efficiency opportunities, while leading the projection of Customer Experience inquiries for the entire Mercado Libre LATAM operation. Responsibilities also include defining, monitoring, and reporting key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must have an academic background in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields, and must master Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in SQL and Tableau, along with prior experience in consulting or multinational companies, is desirable.
