Core Responsibilities

This role involves vigorous participation in collecting all outstanding receivables through calls and communications, while enforcing policies related to payments, cancellations, and service suspensions. Responsibilities also include providing customer service for various financial inquiries and monitoring assigned accounts through reconciliations and adjustments.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The position requires the ability to work full-time from 9 am to 6 pm daily, strong attention to detail, goal orientation, and the capacity to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
