Analyze the potential value generation of innovation initiatives and improvement projects by developing business cases and quantifying benefits. Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies in mining and processing areas, ensuring integration with existing processes and systems. Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and compliance with milestones for innovation initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum five years of professional experience in the industry, with at least three years in roles related to innovation, business improvement, or operational performance. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of project management, agile methodologies, and data analytics are essential.

The position is based on-site with a 5x2 work schedule. It is a permanent contract with a commitment to safety and well-being of employees.
