The role involves leading the cross-country strategy and continuous improvement of the Checkout flow, prioritizing technical and user experience opportunities to maximize conversion rates. Responsibilities also include coordinating the quarterly roadmap collaboratively with multidisciplinary squads and acting as an analytical reference for decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates should have prior experience in Product teams and experience coordinating projects with multidisciplinary teams, alongside solid experience in data analysis and interpretation. Essential technical skills include extracting and reading data using tools like Amplitude, BigQuery, or Looker, and the ability to structure complex problems clearly.
