What You'll Do
Serve as a technical reference for the design team, elevating quality and innovation standards in projects. Manage a squad dedicated to the application, developing immersive flows and screens that provide unique experiences. Create, disseminate, and maintain AI playbooks to standardize design processes. Advocate for design decisions with solid arguments, facilitating alignment with stakeholders and adapting to frequent strategic changes.
What We're Looking For
Advanced proficiency in mobile design and tools like Figma. Experience with conversational AI, image creation with AI, Cloud Code, motion design, and interactions. End-to-end product design experience, including research, prototyping, validation, and delivery. Strong knowledge in visual/UI design and design methodologies.
