The Salesforce Administrator will configure, optimize, and secure the company's CRM ecosystem, bridging technical capabilities like Agentic AI with the needs of sales, marketing, and service teams. Key duties include platform configuration, building no-code automation using Flow Builder, managing data health, and creating custom reports and dashboards.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, strong proficiency in Sales/Service Clouds, Flow Builder, and Data Loader, along with advanced proficiency in Agentforce Agent Builder and AI Prompt Engineering. An active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory, and advanced English proficiency is required.
