Key duties include defining and embedding company culture, leading engagement and change management initiatives, developing talent pipelines, and optimizing organizational design.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a Senior Management or Director-level role within a high-growth environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's/MBA preferred, and mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for this role.
