Provide technical guidance and mentorship to partner teams and gather feedback for AWS product teams.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent. 4+ years of contact center experience or 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and contact center technologies.
