What You'll Do
Manage and evolve credit card products including Annual Fees, Credit Limits, and Card Blocks. Define and monitor business rules, indicators, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Technology, Products, and Operations teams to implement solutions and oversee projects, ensuring process efficiency and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
Experience in credit card products and operations. Knowledge of Annual Fees, Limits, and Blocks processes. Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Strong analytical skills and experience in monitoring indicators and identifying improvement opportunities.
