[Job-31915] Squad Leader / AI Orchestrator, Brazil

Lead a multidisciplinary team, monitoring the roadmap, priorities, capacity, risks, dependencies, and deliveries. Facilitate key team rituals, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Orchestrate the use of AI agents throughout the SDLC, ensuring their proper application at different stages of the development flow.

Solid experience in leading or coordinating multidisciplinary technology squads. Experience with roadmap management, backlog, capacity, risks, dependencies, and impediments. Practical experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to the software development cycle.
