The role is responsible for comprehensively managing operational and technical incidents, including registration, analysis, and follow-up to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. Additionally, the analyst must generate key reports and indicators to monitor performance, detect trends, and facilitate timely decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates need a degree in administration, actuarial science, systems, or law, along with at least 6 months of experience analyzing incidents and creating reports using CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slack. Proximity to the work location is also required.
