Route Lead

Manage and optimize the channels along the various routes within the parishes. Drive sales performance across the challenges to meet the agreed targets. Collaborate with your Parish Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to grow parish market shares. Analyze parish-level sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.

Sales Certification in sales or related field. Strong sales background with at least 3-4 years of proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
