Manage and develop a portfolio of individual clients, ensuring the delivery of tailored financial solutions. Prospect new clients and conduct external visits to present Sicredi's offerings. Support clients in their financial decision-making and assist with digital inclusion. Monitor portfolio indicators and implement strategies for growth and maintenance.

Bachelor's degree required; specialization or MBA in financial management or related fields is a plus. Must possess C-PRO R certification within 120 days if external, or already have it if internal. Valid driver's license (CNH B) and experience with client portfolios in financial institutions are necessary.
