Requirements

Candidates must possess sound knowledge of the Insurance market, corporate governance, compliance, and strong financial acumen, including P&L accountability. Essential qualifications include demonstrable senior leadership experience, proven success in driving revenue growth in challenging environments, and excellent commercial, leadership, and communication skills.
