Core Responsibilities

The main mission is to register, review, and analyze technological expenditure information across different companies to ensure correct expense imputation and budget compliance. This includes monitoring, registering, and reconciling invoices related to the Systems Management area and supporting financial report generation.

Requirements

Candidates should have professional or technical studies in Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with approximately 2 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in regional positions. Knowledge of Excel, Dynamics 360, Artikos, and Power BI is desirable, as is English proficiency.
